Legacy Words (ABN 28 169 634 741) respects your privacy. This policy covers legacywords.co, the Legaxy app, our community, our ads and our client services. We follow the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone, company and business details when you book a call, fill in a form, respond to our ads or join our newsletter. Billing details if you become a client (card payments are handled by our payment provider). Website data such as your IP address, device, pages visited and the ad that brought you here, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel. Public professional information from LinkedIn.

How we use it. To contact you, run your strategy call, deliver our services, send you relevant messages (you can opt out at any time), improve our ads and website, take payments and meet legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.

Outreach for clients. We run LinkedIn outreach on behalf of our clients using prospects' public professional information. If you received one of these messages and want it to stop, just reply or email us and we will remove you.

Cookies and ads. We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising, which may share browsing data with Meta. You can manage cookies in your browser and ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Sharing. We share information only with trusted providers who help us operate (booking, CRM, email, hosting, payments, AI tools and our community platform), our advertising partners, our team and setters under confidentiality, professional advisers, or where the law requires. Some providers are overseas, and we take reasonable steps to keep your data protected.

Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing neil@legacywords.co. If you're unhappy with our response, you can contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au) or, in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk). Our services are not for anyone under 18.

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed client agreement with us, it takes priority where the two differ.

Our services. Legacy Words provides LinkedIn client acquisition, including targeting, AI-assisted outreach and appointment setting, plus the Legaxy app, a paid community and training. Your scope and deliverables are set out in your proposal or agreement.

No guaranteed results. We work hard to book you qualified calls, but we do not guarantee any number of leads, calls, sales or return on investment. Results depend on your offer, market, sales process and other factors outside our control.

LinkedIn and other platforms. Our services run on platforms we don't control. We use safe activity limits, but we can't guarantee a platform won't restrict or suspend your account, and we aren't liable if it does.

Your responsibilities. Provide accurate information, approve messaging promptly, show up to booked calls, and make sure your offer and claims comply with the law.

Fees and refunds. Fees are payable in advance as shown on your invoice or checkout. Recurring services renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property. Our software, scripts, templates, courses and materials belong to Legacy Words and may not be copied or resold. You keep ownership of your brand and data.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

General. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse, and we may update these terms at any time by posting them here. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
